2009 Late Harvest Riesling

2007 Signature Red

A blend of varietals on the Estate produced this elegant and harmonious red wine. Synergized layers of vanilla, berries, licorice, chocolate and soft tannins complete this wine. Aged in traditional Bordeaux French oak barrels for 10-13 months. The Winemakers Signature Red has a great aging potential.
2008 "Dry Ice" Ice Wine

This wine shows classic varietal character with hints of grapefruit, apricots, pineapple and passion fruit. With its good acid/sugar balance, the wine drinks very smoothly. The wine will age beautifully over the next one to five years. Sip and savor this liquid gold! Enjoy with creme brulee, traditional cheesecake or pound cake with fresh fruit as an elegant ending to a beautiful meal.

2008 Cab/Merlot

This medium bodied fruit forward red is the perfect summer red. With lots of cherry and berry atributes and perfect oak integration, this wine is a real crowd pleaser. It showcases beautiful balance of viscosity and acidity with the integration of French oak. Pair with lighter summer meals, poultry and fish or simply by itself.

2008 Gewurztraminer (Dry)

Brys Estate is making this wine in the Alsatian, or dry style. The aromatics of the 2007 Gewürztraminer are gorgeously floral in character, with a bit of spice in the nose and a silky mouth feel. This wine is fabulous for autumn, especially with heavier meals like stews and roasts and pairs wonderfully with Thanksgiving dinner.
2009 Pinot Grigio
